Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number  written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "as new" condition.  Please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-626-665-7962 or email us at to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

R.A.W. Camping allows 30 days from the time of shipment to return an item for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.   All non-defective  returns must be in a resalable "as new" condition and are subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge.

If an item is defective within 30 days from the time of shipment you may return it to for an exchange.  You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to our company. Once our company receives the defective item, we will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you.  R.A.W. Camping will inspect all return items and credit your credit card accordingly. Whether or not an item is defective will be decided by our company after inspection.  No credit will be issued for any item that is returned and is not defective. All non-defective items will be charged for shipping again once we ship the merchandise back to you.  If you decide to not receive the non-defective merchandise back, R.A.W. Camping will consider issuing a credit less a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. 

Cancelling an Order
Once an order has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.  Returns will only be accepted with a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges, both ways, will be the customers' responsibility.
Refusing a Shipment
All refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges.
